MEET The veto council members

Veto Council Members in the Glow system are elected individuals responsible for monitoring network activity and addressing any suspicious, concerning, or misguided actions. They have the authority to halt or pause activities that may harm the network's integrity. With a cap of seven members, their role includes ensuring that governance actions align with the system's objectives and that anomalies in reports or proposals are addressed promptly to maintain the system's health and trustworthiness.

Software engineer @Glow International

Simon is a software engineer focused on fullstack apps, devops, and highly performant solidity code. He's helped transact over 50M+ on Ethereum, has advised and helped develop for 30+ companies, and most recently spearheaded all smart contract development for Glow . His focus area on the veto council is reviewing proposals from a quantitative perspective, and also assisting in the creation of proposals. He monitors the Glow Discord as well to help with proposals and give input.

Matt has a mainstream finance background, having been an investment banker for over 25 years. Currently CEO of Webslinger Advisors, based in the Cayman Islands, he has been deeply involved in crypto since 2017 and has a deep history with carbon funds and blockchain mining.

Alma is a Founder of Glow Solutions and has been working in the solar industry for 15 years. He has always had a love for nature, and a desire to serve. After serving four years in the army, he devoted his life to addressing climate change. He has helped revolution the construction side of the solar industry, and now is focused on bringing carbon credits, crypto, and solar together.
